This 5-bedroom, 4-bath waterfront townhome featuring 3 lakeside decks and a private boat dock is the ideal retreat for family and friends.  Comfortably sleeps 12 in 3 master suites with king-size beds, 1 room with a trundle bed, (a twin with a second twin under it that pops out and up), 1 room with queen bed and a twin bed in the upstairs loft.  In addition there is a queen sized "sofa bed" in the downstairs TV room.

 

An inviting décor created to complement lakeside living and family fun includes cable TV, TVs and VCRs in almost every room (including a 52" Sony HdTV and Blueray DVD and surround sound in the family room), a fully-equipped kitchen and utility room, a game room complete with a ping-pong table and numerous board games, outdoor swing, 3 patio tables and chairs, wood-burning fireplace and cookout grills. 

 

Neighborhood amenities include a 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, Olympic-sized swimming pool, exercise room in the clubhouse, private 50-acre lakeside park with picnic tables, playground equipment, basketball court, boat ramps, The Pier on Lake Travis restaurant, and plenty of beautiful oak trees and whitetail deer.
