We love pets and have enjoyed traveling with our dogs, so we understand your desire to bring your pet along on your family vacation.   So we can continue to offer this service to our fellow pet lovers, and out of respect for our next guests and neighbors, we ask you to please read and sign this agreement.

1)      Additional Damage Deposit: $250

2)      Additional Rental Fee: $25/night

3)      The Pet Deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:

a)      No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. The pet owner is responsible for any damage caused by their pets.  Any damage caused by cleaning chemicals or other such materials used in an attempt to remedy said damage is also the full responsibility of the pet owner.

b)      No remaining flees or ticks.

c)      Your pet is house-trained, and you have immediately cleaned up all pet droppings, securely bagged and disposed of properly.

d)      All pet food has been stored in an air-tight container during your stay, and all food removed on departure.  (Please bring your own pet’s food and water bowl.)

e)      You have thoroughly hosed down muddy/dirty dogs from the lake and dried them off completely with “dog towels” you have brought from your home before letting them back in the house.  Please do not use our towels to rub down your dog.

f)       Your pet has not been a nuisance, danger or created any unreasonable disturbance. Examples of “nuisance” are as follows:

i)        Pets whose unruly behavior causes personal injury or property damage.

ii)       Pets that make noise continuously and/or incessantly for a period of fifteen minutes or intermittently for 1 hour or more to the disturbance of any person at any time of day or night.

iii)     Pets in neighborhood common areas that are not under the complete physical control of a responsible human companion and on a hand-held leash.

iv)     Pets that relieve themselves anywhere inside the unit, on walls, porches, decks or docks.

v)      Pets that exhibit aggressive or other dangerous or potentially dangerous behavior.

vi)     Pets that are conspicuously unclean or have fleas, ticks or other infestation.

By signing below, I agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
